Yaumi Fauziah Sugiharta is a brand builder and growth marketer with a passion for launching and growing startup products.

She has successfully helped to launch and grow 8 new startup products and is on a mission to promote self-confidence through Base, a personalized skincare company in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Yaumi holds a Bachelor's degree in Technopreneurship & Design Visual Communications from Telkom University.

She is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Base in Indonesia and has held key positions in reputable organizations such as Antler, Style Theory, GO-JEK, Solidiance, Dattabot - Mediatrac Sistem Komunikasi, and Unilever Indonesia.

Yaumi's expertise spans across marketing, product development, brand management, graphic design, and external communications.

Her professional journey includes roles as an Entrepreneur In Residence, Marketing Lead, Growth Strategist, Strategic Partnership Lead, Head of Product Marketing, Analyst, Consultant, and various internship positions in renowned companies.

In addition to her professional career, Yaumi has also contributed as an External Communication Manager and Summer Camp Lecturer at AIESEC LC Bandung, demonstrating her commitment to personal development and leadership.
