Mark Holdich is a seasoned recruitment specialist with executive search experience. Throughout his career, he has undertaken mandates across Asia and the Middle East, with a focus on Director to C-Suite retained mandates. His experience lies in Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Investment Banking, Management Consultancy, and Commodities.

With a proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns, Mark's notable assignments include Group CEO of a Major Regional Bank, CIO of a Dubai-based commodities firm, Investments Director of a Sovereign Wealth Fund in KSA, and CFO of a Private Equity firm in Oman. He has also worked on recruitment for multiple billion-dollar family offices in KSA, filling roles such as Investment Director. Mark is an expert in executive search and selection, compensation and benefits, and C-suite/C-level recruitment.

Mark holds a degree in History from the University of Auckland. He is currently a Senior Director at Hays Executive and has previously worked as a Director and Senior Business Manager there. He has also held positions as an Associate Director at Argyll Scott, a Manager at Hays, and a Privilege Manager at Lloyds Banking Group.
