As a pioneer in implementing innovative methods, processes, and technologies, she has established a reputation for creating differentiated, consumer-winning propositions and achieving breakthrough and long-term business growth. Lamikanra has a Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Leeds, is a Fellow of the Institute of Food Technologists, and is a Certified Food Scientist.
