Manni Julius is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in B2B service companies, health and social care, sales and marketing, leadership, and digital platform development. His expertise lies in helping organizations build, transform, and grow sustainable businesses while driving much-needed culture shift in today's fast-paced digital landscape. Julius graduated from the University of Turku and London Business School, and started his career as a trainee in research and development at TeliaSonera. Later he worked at If P&C Insurance as a strategy consultant, project manager & digital transformation program manager, Vice President, Head of IT, and Senior Vice President for new business. He eventually became Chief Experience Officer and EVP at Tieto. Before founding Garage Garden, Julius was the Country Managing Director at Affecto, and Partner and Chairman of the Board at Oulan. Julius is passionate about embracing agility, building customer-oriented teams, and leading demanding digital platform development in a scaled agile manner. His goal is to help organizations succeed in today's ever-changing environment.
