Mark Selcow is a prominent venture capitalist and entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. He currently serves as a General Partner at Costanoa Ventures, where he utilizes his extensive experience to identify and invest in high-growth technology companies. Prior to his work at Costanoa Ventures, Selcow was the Founder and CEO of Merced Systems, a pioneering customer service and performance management software company that was acquired by NICE Systems in 2011. Following the acquisition, Selcow served as the CEO of NICE Systems’ Enterprise Group, where he was responsible for the company’s customer experience and workforce optimization solutions.

Selcow has also held senior executive roles at companies like Autonomy, Verity, Inktomi, and Informatica, and he has been actively involved in the Bay Area startup community for many years.
