Tracy Couto
Tracy Couto is a recognized leader in higher education administration, passionate about values-based education, and leveraging resources to solve pressing issues within the industry. She is currently the Director of the Madden School of Business’ Savage-McGill Center for Reflective Leadership at Le Moyne College, and works to create global connections amongst educational institutions. Tracy believes in empowering faculty with opportunities to build community around research and curricular tools, leading her to develop the Ignited platform. Additionally, she is the Director of the Global Jesuit Case Series, a collection that focuses on holistic and compassionate leadership, interdisciplinary case studies, and new formats for case studies.
Tracy is a graduate of Loyola College in Maryland with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. She also studied for her Master of Education in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Le Moyne College. Her professional portfolio includes various educational leadership roles, such as former Associate Director and Director of Global Jesuit Case Series at Le Moyne College, Executive Director at New York Family Business Center, and grant writer.
