As the former Chief Product Officer (CPO) and VP Partner Solutions, Christoph helped reform the company's product development approach, emphasizing the importance of customer-driven innovation. He was responsible for various product areas such as online shop, backend and back-office services, warehouse management and logistics, and payment services. Christoph later built Zalando's B2B product landscape as a platform, drawing on his extensive experience in product management.

Christoph's entrepreneurial expertise extends beyond tech, where he serves as a co-founder at Orkney Investments, a real estate investment firm.
