Randy Jacops is a seasoned executive leader with a diverse professional background. He began his education at Theodore Roosevelt High School before attending Kent State University to further his education. Afterward, he continued studying at The Ohio State University where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Throughout his career, Jacops has held various positions of responsibility in multiple organizations. Currently, he is the CEO of Idera Software, an enterprise software provider that offers database tools, application development tools, and test management software. He also worked as an Operating Advisor at Elsewhere Partners and was the President and Founder of Jacops Executive Services.

Beyond his current and previous positions, Jacops has served as Chief Operating Officer at Idera Software and Venture Partner at Valhalla Partners. Additionally, he has consulted with Idera Software as an Operations and Performance Executive Consultant and with Socialware as an Executive Advisor. Furthermore, Jacops has worked in various roles in other industries, such as Chief Executive Officer at Artemis International, Chief Executive Officer at Versata, and Consulting Director and Vertical Operations Director at Trilogy.
