Scott Wicker is an accomplished scientist and professor, renowned for his expertise in chemistry and environmental toxicology. He studied Wildlife Biology, Biochemistry, and Chemistry in colleges and universities such as Grambling State University, Louisiana Tech University, Southern University and A&M College- Baton Rouge, and Morehouse College. He earned a Ph.D. in Environmental Toxicology from Southern University and A&M College- Baton Rouge, where he also worked as a Faculty Research Associate and Graduate Research Assistant-Faculty and later as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry.

Currently, he is the Interim Chair of the School of Natural Sciences and an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Kentucky State University. His professional background also includes working as a Laboratory Technician at Lofton Staffing Services, Laboratory Technician at Amitech America, LTD, and Environmental Scientist Laboratory Internship at LDEQ-ELI Program.

Throughout his career, Mr. Wicker has been known for his excellent research skills and scientific contributions to various fields. He is a published author, and his research on environmental toxicology and chemistry has been featured in numerous academic publications. He also served as the Adjunct Professor of Chemistry at Southern University and was a part of the NextGenC3 Composite CREST Center as a Faculty Research Associate.
