Erica Johnson is a highly qualified and experienced registered dietitian and public health professional. Johnson received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Oregon State University and completed her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Public Health Education and Promotion at the same university. Additionally, she studied at Keene State College, where she completed her Dietetic Internship.

She has held various positions throughout her career, including WIC Coordinator and Registered Dietitian at Tillamook County Community Health Centers, Owner/Operator at Oregon Wellness Consulting, LLC, Wellness Intern at CooperRiis, Registered Dietitian at Mid-Valley Gastroenterology, Clinical Dietitian/Nutrition Education Coordinator at Oregon State Hospital, and AmeriCorps*VISTA at Corporation for National and Community Service. Johnson has also served as a Nutrition Program Assistant at Oregon State University Extension Service.

Johnson's extensive experience and education have provided her with a wealth of knowledge and skills in the areas of nutrition, dietetics, and public health. She is committed to promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering individuals and communities to make informed decisions about their health.
