Ujijji Davis Williams, a professionally licensed Landscape Architect, is making waves in the industry as the 2020 Michigan ASLA Emerging Professional Awardee. With a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan, Williams has an impressive educational background that has allowed her to excel in her profession.

Before founding her own company, JIMA Studio, Williams gained valuable experience in various roles, including a Design Consultant at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., an Assitant Landscape Architect at Central Park Conservancy, and an Associate Landscape Architect at SmithGroup. She also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Detroit Mercy and a Lecturer at the University of Michigan.
