Zara Sargsyan is an accomplished Project Manager, with almost two decades of experience in Testing, Program QC Lead, Quality Control Lead, Automation Quality Control Analyst, and Quality Control Analyst roles. She holds a Master's degree in Linguistics with a Minor in Computer Science from Yerevan State University. Zara's results-driven approach and excellent communication skills have enabled her to coordinate the efforts of many to meet organizational goals successfully. She is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Zara's strong analytical and planning skills have proven to be valuable assets throughout her career. Prior to her current role as IT and Security Senior Lead Auditor at Allstate, Zara was the Program Quality Control Lead and Regression Test Delivery Team Automation Quality Control Lead at the company.
