- With guidance from the Sales and Account Managers, the Account Coordinator maintains and updates customers' job timelines in collaboration with overall production schedule. Communicates and confirms schedule with customers. Conveys schedule adjustments to all parties. - Using day planner, monitors job progress; anticipates potential problems and proactively manages details. Ensures projects are on track and delivered on time to reflect the standard of quality and service expected by InfoIMAGE - Coordinates production and deliveries with various staff in appropriate departments. Communicates information to customers as needed. - Using proprietary CRM software, keeps all customer information up to date including all communications and pertinent details. - Supports the Account Services team facilitating project logistics by scheduling meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. - As customer advocate, responds to customers' requests and initiates appropriate changes via email and phone. - Coordinates with multiple departments to investigates, research and determine a project's problem origin; resolves issues when possible and provides solution options to Account Manager, when guidance / oversight are needed.- Responsible for the administration of all job changes along with supporting documentation; conveys changes to appropriate internal staff members/departments. - Performs month-end activities, as required
