Position CLEAR as the preferred provider of TSA PreCheck enrollments and renewals. Lead member acquisition strategy across core channels including in-airport, email, digital and large scale partnerships. Develop multi-channel marketing strategy to target new enrollments and renewals from existing CLEAR members. Optimize in-airport presence to drive enrollment volume.

Defined the overall content strategy and owned the marketing calendar, leveraging data and customer insights to closely partner with the marketing organization to create campaigns. Managed the Slice PR strategy, ensuring that core business objectives were achieved. Supported 18,000+ small business pizzerias through scalable marketing and economies of scale available to partners through new marketing co-op.

Owned the company’s ongoing brand development including competitive positioning, visual identity, and company language/voice. Built email marketing and lifecycle campaigns and launched CRM program. Relaunched the website to better align with customer intent and SEO needs.
