Bagyalakshmi Guptha is a highly skilled and experienced management professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. She has held various senior management roles with P/L responsibilities for all project-based and managed services engagements within the Southeast region of the USA. Bagyalakshmi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with strong project, program, and portfolio management experience over the last 15 years. She has accomplished several successful projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology as well as the Waterfall methodology.

Bagyalakshmi has extensive experience managing diverse and cross-functional teams worldwide, including resources in India, Mexico, China, EMEA, and AP to achieve consensus and implement decisions. Over the years, she has supported several Fortune 500 companies and established strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, bringing issues to the forefront and determining strategic solutions to resolve them. She has been involved in the development of several methodologies as part of the PMO, including IT Program Management Methodology/ IT Portfolio Management methodology as well as designing and implementing a process for User Acceptance Test for a major bank.

Bagyalakshmi has worked successfully with sales teams nationwide to help identify several opportunities for expanding existing business as well as winning new business. She has partnered with the Sales and Solutions team to define the right solution for each new engagement. As a direct manager, she has had oversight over several Senior Delivery Managers. Resource management responsibilities included hiring, mentoring, conducting performance reviews, etc. for Delivery Managers.

Bagyalakshmi has been involved in all aspects of software development (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications across a wide range of systems such as SAP R/3, J2EE, Oracle, and proprietary MES platforms. She has excellent communication and leadership skills, making her a valuable asset to any organization.
