Roland P. Eibl is a seasoned independent consultant with 28 years of experience in retail design, FF&E procurement, project management, and events. His expertise ranges from environmental retail design, interior decor execution, to the fabrication and installation of exterior signage and marketing. Roland's exceptional skills in team-building, interpersonal relationships, and work ethic have earned him reputable experience in the industry.

Before working as an independent consultant, Roland was the Environmental Store Design and Development Manager at Whole Foods Market, Wild Oats Market, and Fresh & Easy. He managed environmental projects, implemented new stores and remodels, reinvented brand identities, and received positive public feedback. Before shifting into retail and marketing, Roland spent more than 15 years in the signage industry, where he worked on laying out designs, fabrication, and installation.

Roland has a degree in Communications from Husson University. He currently works as an Independent Project Manager at Red Lion Hotel Corporation.
