Allison Gay McElroy is an accomplished architect, designer, and computer graphics specialist. She has a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Environmental Design (Magna Cum Laude) from Texas A&M University. Allison has performed duties as a student architectural intern at RAI Design, Inc, Corgan Associates. She has also worked as a design consultant with several firms, including Gensler and Modative. Further to that, Allison founded Allison Gay McElroy Consulting, where she served as an owner.

Allison has excelled in utilizing design software such as InDesign, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D. She has a solid understanding of coding languages such as HTML and is adept in working with software tools such as Revit, Rhino, and V-Ray. Allison has served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California, where she helped students learn design tools and principles, and was a Board Member for Texas A&M University Design Review Board.

Allison has a keen interest in real estate development, having obtained a post-graduate certificate in the field from the University of Southern California. She founded and serves as a Founding Advisor of Power Bloom Solar, a corporation that creates solar-powered products for underserved communities.
