Michael Blady is a well-educated and experienced professional with a diverse background in geology, real estate, engineering and kinesiology. He studied at Simon Fraser University for both his Bachelor of Science in geology/earth science and his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology and exercise science. Blady also earned a diploma in engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and studied real estate at Sauder School of Business.

Blady's professional experience is equally varied. He is currently a Director and VP at GTEC Holdings, a cannabis company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He was previously the CEO and Director of Golden Ridge Resources, a mining exploration company. Before that, he founded his own company, Donnybrook Capital Corporation, where he served as President and CEO. Blady has also held positions as a Director at Invictus MD Strategies and a Mortgage Broker at TMG The Mortgage Group.

Furthermore, Blady has worked as a Principal of Ridgeline Exploration Services, where he was able to apply his knowledge of geology and engineering to mining exploration projects.
