Jacob Meiner

Jacob Meiner is a Consulting Team Talent Manager at the Seattle office of Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and oversees operations on the West Coast. His prior roles at BCG include serving as a Project Leader in various offices, including Seattle, Boston, London, and Washington, DC. He holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was recognized as a George F. Baker Scholar.

Jacob's expertise spans across various industries, including transportation and logistics, aerospace & defense, supply chain management, operations, and retail pricing. He is deeply involved in organizational transformation, large-scale change initiatives, and program management. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a dual degree in Economics and Marketing & Operations Management from The Wharton School.

Apart from his professional roles, Jacob is an active member of Pride@BCG and currently holds the position of North America Pride Recruiting Manager for Associates. He is also the co-lead of the Pride Seat at the Table Initiative in North America. Jacob's interests lie in the intersection of people and operations strategy, with a particular focus on food and beverage, industrial goods, aerospace and defense, retail/consumer industries, and international business.
