Dawn Jansen is a co-founder of I AM HER, a community focused on cultivating and fostering meaningful relationships in like-minded women to empower them to live healthier and happier lives. She studied High School Performing Arts at the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts.

Before founding I AM HER, Jansen worked as an Artistic Director and Creator at Sweven, an Employer Brand at sweetgreen, a Regional Recruiting Manager in the West Coast at Equinox, a Sr. Recruiter in Retail Development at Michael Kors, a Flagship Store Manager at Karen Millen, a Store Manager at Cache, a Recruiter Liaison at AMN Healthcare, and a Marketing Manager at Sinsational Events. She was also a Co-Manager at Victoria's Secret.

Jansen's background demonstrates her experience in various fields such as recruiting, retail management, marketing, and events planning. She also has a background in performing arts, which may have contributed to her interests in empowering women to live meaningful lives.
