United Nations ESCAP’s Catalyzing Women’s Entrepreneurship (CWE) programme is a regional initiative that aims to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystems that foster women’s entrepreneurship. It is funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC) and the project implementation countries include: Bangladesh, Nepal, Cambodia, Viet Nam, Fiji and Samoa.  Key responsibilities :•	Review the existing CWE programmen design, M&E handbook, Theory of Change (TOC) and indicator frameworks. Revise and align the frameworks to best practice methodologies (i.e. DCED and CGAP standards);•	Develop MRM systems and tools which will support the team in: strengthening the tracking/analysis of programme information and data, developing lessons learned; and identifying weaknesses and changes required throughout implementation;•	Providing technical support to the CWE programme in adopting market development approaches to their implementation activities and measurement systems. This includes a 1-2 day training for project staff in rolling out and using the MRM system appropriately for their respective workstreams.

Understand how paid labour is used for farming in Fiji, in relation to different farming activities and crop types (Horticulture, Root crop and sugarcane) and to develop a multiplier for how increase in production area and yield affect the use of paid farm labour in the selected agricultural sectors.

Provide technical support to Swisscontact projects in Bangladesh and Indonesia, namely, Katalyst, M4C and Sustainable Cocoa Production Program (SCPP). Developed articles, case studies and thematic reports on systemic change.
