Director of Business Development

- Lead management of a real estate portfolio comprised of 400 luxury residential units, 200 commercial and retail spaces, and a 30,000 square foot event venue.
-  Managed and coordinated property management staff, maintenance personnel, contractors, and support staff to ensure optimal performance and a superior tenant experience.
-  Served as community liaison to the South End and Back Bay neighborhoods as a Board Member and Secretary of the East Berkeley Neighborhood Association, representative to the South End Forum, and through continued collaboration with local elected and appointed officials.
-  Drafted and executed license agreements, contracts, and lease documents for commercial and residential assets.
-  Managed tenant legal matters, budgeting, financial planning, and vendor procurement.
-  Developed an in-house third party management division, oversaw growth of the portfolio to 400 units, and facilitated the sale to an outside buyer in 2015.

GTI Properties

Director of Operations (GTI)

- Conceptualized and directed 26-week SoWa Open Market event series, which drew approximately 10,000 weekly attendees and required coordination of over 200 vendors and 20 employees each week.
-  Secured large-scale event permits with municipal and state departments, including permitting the first multi-week beer garden in the City of Boston
-  Developed SoWa brand identity, website, and social media presence.
-  Established the SoWa Power Station as a premiere event venue and produced dozens of large-scale events with national brands, local charitable foundations, media partners, and political figures.
-  Worked on the ground at events to bridge the gap between high level ideas and execution.

Director of Operations (SoWa Boston)

- Conducted drastic overhaul of property management policies, resulting in growth of rental revenue above market rates, vacancy and delinquency rates below one percent, and streamlined maintenance operations.
-  Oversaw the successful lease-up of 460 Harrison Ave, a luxury complex with over 100 residential units.
-  Served as project manager for apartment renovations and building improvements within budgetary constraints.
-  Supervised all maintenance personnel, contractors, and support staff.

- Recognized as the 2006 Top Leasing Agent for the Massachusetts and Rhode Island region.
-  Served as an adaptable consultant that assisted a variety of luxury communities in the Greater Boston area.
-  Handled all aspects of resident and prospect management.
-  Managed online advertising for the community.
