Julia Olson is a highly accomplished mechanical engineer and product designer with an extensive background in innovation and leadership. She completed her bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with a concentration in product design at Stanford University, where she also served as the senior class president and captain of the varsity squash team.

Julia currently works as the Innovation Lead at Bain & Company, where she previously held roles as Senior Associate and Senior Product Designer. She also has a wealth of experience working with various organizations, including serving as the Studio Mentor & Head of Recruitment at Design for America and an industrial design intern at Steelcase.

Outside of her professional work, Julia has also been involved as a coach at the Talbott Squash Academy, a design mentor at Design the Future Camp, and a former junior cabinet member at Stanford University.
