Elroy's professional journey began as a Brand Research Manager at Lowe Lintas, where he developed a strong foundation in analysis and strategy. He continued to build on that foundation and worked for several well-known companies, including AdLab, The Richards Group, and StrawberryFrog, where he served as a Brand Planner and Planning Enthusiast. Elroy also worked as a freelance brand strategy consultant for Wieden + Kennedy and Rediffusion Y&R before becoming a Non-executive Director at Shirsa and a Founding Partner at Triature.

His experience in brand strategy has given him opportunities to work with various industries such as technology, automotive, consumer packaged goods, finance, and healthcare.
