Emil Cuevas is a highly qualified professional with an impressive educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Design, and Architecture. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and LEED Accredited Professional. Cuevas brings a holistic and integrated approach to facility management and operations with his strong background in mechanical engineering and architecture coupled with extensive sustainable design training.

Cuevas has held several roles in various organizations over the years. He is currently the Associate Director for Facilities Operations & Maintenance at Bowdoin College, where he is responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and operation of building systems and infrastructure. Prior to joining Bowdoin College, he was the Project Manager - Capital Projects at Harvard University and Project Manager - Green Building Services at Harvard University. Cuevas has also served as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Boston Architectural College and an Instructor, Thesis Director at Harvard Extension School.

With extensive experience in sustainable design, teaching, project management, and facilities management, Cuevas possesses a range of skills and experience valuable to the architectural and engineering community.
