Guilherme Kolberg is a finance expert with a diverse background in financial products and services. He was also a Structured Products Sales/Trading - Institutional Clients professional at BNP Paribas. Additionally, Guilherme served as a Director at Planejar - Associação Brasileira de Planejadores Financeiros and currently serves as a Partner and Head Customer Experience e Marketing Research at Grupo XP. Prior to his financial career, Guilherme was an Aspirante a oficial da Reserva do EB at Exército Brasileiro.
