Ron Eshleman is an experienced engineer and former training manager with a strong background in the nuclear energy industry. He studied Electrical Engineering at Widener University and has worked with top industry players like Bechtel Bettis, Westinghouse Electric Company, and Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP). Ron has held various leadership positions throughout his career, including Training Director at Bechtel Bettis and Senior Advisor Engineer at Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP). His expertise lies in organizational development, technical training, and prototype training, as well as protection systems and production training. Ron is currently a Senior Advisor at Naval Nuclear Laboratory (FMP), where he provides his wealth of knowledge and experience to the development and training of nuclear engineers.
