Pavitra Menon is an experienced consultant, coach, and trainer specializing in organizational development, leadership development, talent management, and strategic planning for non-profit and private sectors. She has over 18 years of experience in her field and has been associated with Community Resource Exchange (CRE) for over 15 years. Pavitra is known for her skills in building an inclusive work environment and believes that equity is the most fundamental value of an organization's success.

As the former head of CRE's leadership and management development practice, Pavitra has coached and trained numerous executive leaders and middle managers from client organizations to enhance their leadership skills. She co-authored the book "Meeting the Job Challenges of Nonprofit Leaders: A Fieldbook on Strategies and Actions" with Jean Lobell and Mohan Sikka. As a coach, Pavitra helps clients to realize their leadership potential by challenging existing paradigms and focusing on internal energy drivers.

Pavitra has an international perspective, having volunteered at various nonprofits both in India and the United States.
