Jawad Syed

Jawad Syed is a skilled and experienced Senior Manager for Service Reliability Engineering. He graduated from the University of Toronto where he studied Web Development and Software Engineering. He also has a Master of Science in Management from Capella University, as well as certifications from Pacetech Institute and Compubase Training Center. With over two decades of experience with diverse companies, he has been a team lead, senior consultant and projects leader for several firms, including Ibm Canada Ltd., Buchanan Technologies, and Ci Investments Inc. At Proofpoint he was a team lead for both Hosted Archiving and Service Reliability Engineering. He is knowledgeable in a wide range of technical areas, including infrastructure, networks and technical support.
