Zachary Sanders is a seasoned professional in the field of sales and property management, with five years of hands-on experience. He is well-versed in using software such as Onesite, Yardi, Bluemoon, Citrix, CoreLogic, Lead2Lease, RealPage, and LRO. Zachary has experience in office administration, including accounts payable and receivable, rent collection, eviction filings, resident retention, renewal processing, and conflict resolution. He has dealt with new construction, lease-up, stabilized properties, and renovations. Zachary acquired his skills while studying Mass Communication at Texas State University and has used them to excel in his roles at Wehner Multifamily, Legend Asset Management, HRI Properties, The Liberty Group, and Greystar. On top of his property management experience, Zachary is currently Vice President of Business Development at Pop's Kettle Corn.
