Matt Gill is a seasoned professional with a strong background in infrastructure public-private partnerships (PPP/P3). He brings a wealth of experience having worked as a developer, investor, government advisor, private sector advisor, and banker in major PPP transactions.

With a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in infrastructure projects, Matt excels in PPP transaction advisory, capacity building in emerging markets, international project finance, bid management, and capital raising for equity developers.

His expertise also extends to proposal evaluation, due diligence, commercial contracting, project prioritization, procurement, and political/stakeholder engagement.

Matt holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Miami, and has studied at Monash University.

He has held key positions in reputable organizations like RebelGroup, AECOM Capital, Africa Governance Initiative, KPMG Corporate Finance, Transurban, and Royal Bank of Scotland.
