Iuliia Baranova is a seasoned Senior Software Test Analyst with extensive experience in the IT industry. Her academic background includes a Master's degree in Management of Innovations as well as Metallurgical Engineering from National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Throughout her career, Baranova has worked for prominent companies such as RevJet, 24-7 Entertainment, and EPAM Systems, taking on roles such as Senior QA Engineer, Senior Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist, and Senior Talent Acquisition Administrator. She has also held leadership positions such as Head of Partnership Relations Committee at JavaDay Conference and Partnership Relationships Committee at JavaDay.

Baranova's expertise in software testing and quality assurance has led her to her current position as a Senior Software Test Analyst at The Canadian Real Estate Association. Her interest in finance and marketing has also allowed her to teach as an Instructor at International University of Finance and work as a Marketing Specialist at Ukrainian Media Holding.
