He has expertise in learning strategy, education consulting, people development, educational design, and content development. Bhattacharya excels in e-Learning, learning management systems, and technology-based areas.

His impressive professional journey includes advising and consulting with global organizations on Leadership and Organizational Development, L&D strategies, and implementation to achieve greater effectiveness, RoI, and organizational goals alignment. Along with being a Board Member of CLO League, he is a well-known speaker at various L&D conferences such as People Matters, CLO Summit, and L&DTech. Recently, he was recognized as one of the Top HR Influencers by ETHRWorld.

Bhattacharya was formerly Director-Learning Design & Development at Philips, Vice President & Chief Learning Designer, Head-Design, Head-Instructional Design, Deputy Head-Instructional Design, Senior Consultant-Instructional Design, and Manager-Instructional Design with Tata Interactive Systems. He has also served as a Manager Studies at Career Forum Ltd.
