Desiree Jaeger-Fine is a renowned international lawyer and consultant who has helped many foreign lawyers pursue their legal education in the United States. Holding degrees in law from both the University of Bonn in Germany and Fordham Law School in New York, she has authored over 120 articles and three books about professional development and the U.S. Master of Laws degree. Desiree also lectures frequently in various institutions worldwide, including Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, among others. She is a member of the New York bar, and she previously served as the Chair and Vice-Chair of several legal associations such as the Law Student, LLM, and New Lawyer Outreach Committee of the American Bar Association. Desiree has also directed international programs at Brooklyn Law School and led Jaeger-Fine Consulting, her own consultancy that helps international attorneys seeking to work in the United States.
