Florian Ammann is a professional with extensive experience in user-centered design, conversion rate optimization, usability research, and user data analytics. He has a strong educational background, having studied at reputable institutions such as HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich, the University of Leipzig, Ohio University, and INSEAD. Florian has had a successful career in various organizations, holding senior positions such as Head of UX & Products, Senior Manager Customer Journey & UX, and Senior Innovation Strategist at UPC Schweiz GmbH. He is the current Head of UX & Omnichannel Journey (Chapter Lead UX) at Sunrise UPC GmbH, where he utilizes his skills in SAFe and Agile practice to lead a team in delivering a top-notch user experience. Florian also has experience as a guest lecturer at FHGR Digital Business Management.
