Stephanie is a certified 200-hour Yoga Alliance instructor devoted to making yoga accessible to all and utilizing intention to effect positive change. She has served as a Studio Manager at the prestigious WOOM Center, further cementing her expertise.

Stephanie obtained her BS in Business Administration, graduating cum laude from Northeastern University, where she also served as a proctor for the RSO.
