John Reilly is a seasoned Senior Managing Director with over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. He currently serves at Galileo Asset Management SA, an international merchant and investment bank that provides capital raising for middle market companies in various industries like technology, cleantech, energy, life sciences, healthcare, and consumer products. Throughout his career, he has taken up various leadership roles on mergers, acquisitions, and equity and debt placements globally. His financial background includes corporate finance, investment banking, and financial advisory in the US and Asian markets. Before Galileo, he has worked in numerous organizations, including WestPark Capital, Alliance Capital Partners, Prudential Financial, Viewpoint Securities, and Brookstone Securities. Notably, he played a key role in multiple financings. He is Series 7, 79, 24, and 63 Securities Licenses holder. John has accomplished outstanding achievements, including creating and managing a fund of funds investment strategy, pioneering international investing, and being an Investment Banker on oil and gas investments.
