- Help with recruitment of two junior ISE’s•	Arranging suitable training material and system/product training for the juniors.•	Providing support to both the internal sales and external sales.•	Day to day running of the “Key Accounts”•	Inheriting Silicon Sales territories and developing relationships and identifying the key accounts and attending joint visits for handover from FSE.•	Compiling a monthly sale forecast for the Silicon area’s•	Identifying the new projects and working with the customer through to purchase order stage.•	Managing customer backlogs for both Silicon and FSE accounts.•	Compiling all area’s backlog reports for forecasting.•	Requesting and pursuing a “sales admin assistant” – then arranging suitable system, process and telephone training as well as delegating any time consuming admin tasks which detract the sales team from making proactive sales.•	Arrange with the sales team to have “flash bookings” meetings to identify the orders we need to focus on and coordinating with the internal, external and any other colleagues involved to ensure these are listed and actioned.•	Coordinate the turnaround of relevant docs for good customer service, i.e Formal quotes, proforma and order acknowledgements•	Raise and manage RMA (Return) forms with customers and liase with the quality dept to find remedy.•	Coordinate niche customer requirements, i.e Programming and custom builds with production and warehouse and communicate with customer.
