In his role, Phillip oversees a diverse range of investor communication initiatives, which includes managing annual proxy campaigns, conducting webcasts, and preparing performance summaries for both retail and institutional clients.

Apart from his responsibilities in investor communications, Phillip also holds the position of Editor at Premier Office Magazine, a widely distributed publication aimed at real estate professionals across the country.
