Nishit Goel, a sales and marketing leader with a decade of experience, boasts impressive accomplishments across various industries, including e-commerce, FMCG, and software engineering. His expertise lies in P&L ownership, developing sales strategies, managing large, cross-functional teams, change management programs, and building high-potential teams across Asia. He earned his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and his B.Tech. from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
After completing his studies, Goel started his career at Motorola as a Software Engineer and progressed to becoming a Software Specialist. He then worked as a Summer Intern at Colgate Palmolive. He made a smooth transition to the FMCG sector, where he spent five years building valuable experience in sales and marketing roles at Procter & Gamble. He worked as a Key Account Manager and then as Direct To Consumer Marketing-Brand Operations, KAM.
After Procter & Gamble, Goel spent five years at Expedia Group, making his way up from being an Area Manager of Delhi NCR to Area Manager of the Asia Pacific region, Head of Supply (Area Manager), and P&L Category Management at udaan.com. In these roles, he focused on developing go-to-market strategies, P&L management, increasing market penetration of FMCG brands, and driving profitable business growth across varied geographies.
Goel has received several awards for his superior sales delivery, execution of best-in-class new business development, and launch of new sales channel initiatives that led to significant revenue growth. He attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his primary education and Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai for high school.
