Tricia Powe is a social entrepreneur, co-parenting mediator, and stepfamily assimilation strategist. With over 90 hours of mediation training, Tricia has excellent skills in resolving conflicts among co-parents. Her work is ABA-approved, and she was trained at the Mosten Mediation center in Los Angeles back in 1998. Tricia's focus on co-parenting and stepfamily assimilation stems from personal experience as a lifetime stepfamily member, which makes her understanding of such situations unique.

Tricia is the Executive Director of the StepfamilySystems Co-Parenting Center, a non-profit organization focused on supporting couples co-raising children get on the same page. Tricia has excellent skills in storytelling, laughter inducement, and research, which she uses to impart knowledge to her clients. Tricia has over a decade of experience working with couples and families in Southern California and beyond.

Tricia's educational background is unique as she studied at Autodidact and took specialized certification courses at Professional Education. She has also been involved in the development of the cognitive co-parenting self-care model, which is now the core of the SFSys support system.

Tricia has numerous achievements, including running an Internet-based talk show in 2009, launching a new opportunity to expand coverage to Southern California counties, and serving as the Creative Director for A Richter Blend - Co-Parenting and Stepfamily Chronicles at StepfamilySystems Co-Parenting Center.
