CGP, under Alfred's leadership, offers a range of recruitment solutions including C-level Executive Search, Contracting, Market Mapping, and RPO services. The company has expanded to operate across 14 offices in Asia and the US, boasting a team of over 500 Consultants specializing in 20 different industries and functions.

Alfred's expertise lies in assisting new market entrants navigate and establish their presence in China, as well as supporting Chinese companies in their global expansion efforts.
