Laura Pettitt, a seasoned Talent & Engagement Director with a robust background in designing and delivering cultural change programs, has joined WorldRemit as its Global Head of Talent. She is recognised for her expertise in Apprentice Programs, Brand, Diversity, Engagement, Employer Value Proposition, Recruitment and Talent Management. Laura is a Hinchley wood and Weston college alumnus. She's previously held senior leadership roles, including Talent & Engagement Director at News UK, Director at Insignis Consulting Ltd, and Client Director at Brand Biology. She brings to the role exceptional experience in managing and developing apprenticeship programs, boosting engagement, promoting diversity, and reducing attrition.
