Paul Lusina is an experienced professional engineer with a passion for telecommunications and complex system design. With over 13 years of experience, he has honed his skills in Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) systems, UMTS, LTE, GSM, OFDMA, CDMA, Information Theory, Error Correction Coding, and Complex System Modeling. He has a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, a Ph.D. in Communication and Information Theory from Ulm University, an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Paul's expertise in telecommunication is underlined by two U.S. patents and one European patent in telecommunications, which demonstrate his proven ability to innovate. With these patents, Paul has showcased his ability to think outside the box and bring solutions to complex problems in the telecommunication industry. Additionally, he is a published author, with four international journal publications and over 20 conference contributions to his name.

Paul has also demonstrated his project management skills while working as the project manager for an international multi-disciplinary team. This team was responsible for developing a cloud-based disaster response analysis network. He was able to lead the team to successful completion and delivery of the network, establishing strong communication skills in the process.

Throughout his career, Paul has worked with a variety of organizations, including Research in Motion, University of British Columbia, University of Ulm, Queen's University, Telesti Antenni Oy, and Nortel Networks, where he served in the capacities of Industrial Research Fellow, Post Doctoral Fellow, Research Associate, Research Assistant, Junior Engineer, and Test Engineer.
