Elisa Becker

Elisa Becker is a highly educated and diverse professional with extensive experience in communications, marketing, and brand strategy. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership and managerial roles in multiple organizations, including Wunderman Thompson Midwest, Athena Hollins for State House, Periscope, Optum, BBDO Minneapolis, Starkey Hearing Foundation, and Target. She has also taught at the University of Minnesota as an adjunct professor.

Becker has a master's degree and bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where she also studied leadership. Her expertise covers a broad range of areas, including integrated marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, digital marketing and communications, and program coordination. She is a communication strategist who believes in the power of storytelling to inform, inspire, and engage audiences. As a leader, she is passionate about developing and implementing effective communication plans and strategies, managing teams, and driving results.
