Mayeso Mphande is an experienced professional with over a decade of expertise in designing and managing monitoring and result measurement systems for private sector development and market development programs in Malawi.

He is a specialist in the Donor Committee for Enterprise Development (DCED) standard, ensuring widely-accepted good practices in program management and results measurement.

Currently, Mayeso works as an M&E Manager (Consultant) at Nathan Associates, overseeing a Market Development Programme (MADE) in northern Ghana.

His past roles include serving as the Results Measurement Manager for an M4P program in Malawi with Adam Smith International, focusing on the Malawi Oilseeds Sector Transformation.

Mayeso possesses strong skills in designing studies, collecting baseline data, developing intervention logics, designing indicators, creating M&E plans, and utilizing statistical packages like SPSS, Excel, and Stata for data analysis.

He has provided consultancy services to various renowned NGOs and private sector institutions, including Goal Malawi, Tilitonse Fund, World Vision International, Adam Smith International, and more.

Mayeso has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Economics from the University of Malawi and has been actively involved in speaking at international conferences like BEAM exchange and participating in training sessions on DCED standards, results measurement, program management, women's economic empowerment, gender mainstreaming, and market systems analysis.
