At ERIE Insurance, Kristen has spearheaded innovative growth initiatives such as The Giving Network, Master Campus Expansion, EcoErie workplace environmental initiatives, and Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability initiatives. She has also played a key role in workforce planning, HR data analytics, talent strategy, and digital workplace initiatives. Prior to her tenure at ERIE, Kristen managed event production for Harrison & Shriftman in Los Angeles, overseeing strategic events for entertainment, luxury brands, and celebrity influencer campaigns. Additionally, she owned a PR & Marketing firm, consulting with clients on cause-related partnerships and experiences. Kristen's educational background includes studies in Advanced Project Management at Stanford University, a BA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and coursework at the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.
