Alistair Croll is an accomplished entrepreneur, author, and event organizer with expertise in product management, technology, web performance, and operations. He holds a B.Comm (with honours) from Dalhousie University and has worked for various organizations, including Coradiant, 3Com Corporation, Primary Access, and Eicon Technology.

Throughout his career, Alistair has been involved in the launch of five major conferences and spoken at several other events globally. He is the co-author of three books on technology and entrepreneurship, Lean Analytics (2013), Complete Web Monitoring (2009), and Managing Bandwidth (1999), and has contributed to multiple sites, including GigaOm, Mashable, and O'Reilly Radar.

In 1999, Alistair co-founded Coradiant, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Product, and later became a Senior VP of Product and Marketing. In April 2011, Coradiant was acquired by BMC. Alistair has also been a founding partner at six different companies and served as a mentor at FounderFuel.

Alistair is passionate about helping organizations leverage data to make better decisions and has a keen interest in startup acceleration. He is always fascinated by the intersection of technology and business and regularly writes for Tilt the Windmill, O'Reilly Radar, and Solve for Interesting. Alistair's specialties include web analytics, marketing communications, business strategy, high-availability applications, and real user monitoring.
