Jon Ross is a software as a service (SaaS) expert with a successful career in subscription management, billing, and cloud computing. He witnessed the evolution of cloud technology in the marketing space and made a career shift towards managing subscriptions. Having worked at Zuora, a leader in subscription management and billing, Jon honed his skills and progressed from an account executive to vice president of North American commercial sales. Notably, he played a significant role in the company's revenue growth from $5M to $180M. Jon's expertise spans sales process definition, enterprise sales, business operations, business development, B2B sales, social selling, marketing automation, and the subscription economy. He now serves as the Vice President of Global Sales at Vivun and was previously Strategic Sales, North America, at AppDirect. Jon is a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls' Vucurevich School of Business and attended Azusa Pacific University.
