Christina Tsakona is a highly experienced and internationally trained attorney, specializing in corporate law, start-up financing, cross-border transactions, international business law, commercial agreements, and intellectual property law. She has a dual-license and holds a JD equivalent degree from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, School of Law, and an LL.M. in Business Law & Intellectual Property from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Christina has extensive experience working with tech companies in the US and around the world, advising them on entity formation, investment documentation, commercial transactions, and negotiating funding rounds and commercial agreements.
